VINIFICATIE:
🍷 Complete destemming of all the bunches, subsequent fermentation in a 25.000 litre stainless Steel tank. Controlled fermentation temperaturas around 24ºC. 6 month ageing in oak barrels.
DEGUSTATIE:
👁 Cherry red with violet reflections,
👃 aromas of ripe fruit and light vanilla.
👅 Powerfull flavour with good acidity. Sweet tanning and blackberries, good balance and equilibrium.
