VITICULTUUR:
🌿 5.000 wijnstokken/hectare. Middelhoge plantdichtheid (5000 wijnstokken/ha)

VINIFICATIE:
🍷 Heel zachte persing met membraanpers, gevolgd door een statische klaring van de most. Gisting onder temperatuurscontrole aan 16-17°C in inox tanks.
⌛8 à 10 maanden lagering op het gistbezinksel ('sur lie') in inox tanks. De wijn rijpt nog minstens 3 à 4 maanden na in de fles.
