VINIFICATIE:

⌛To obtain the Superiore, the Barbera ages at least 4 months in French tonneaux and big oak barrels
DEGUSTATIE:
👁 Brilliant red with a tendency towards garnet with ageing
👃 Ethereal, spicy, with notes of cherry, cinnamon and red flowers
👅 Tannic with hints of cherry
