🍷 The vinification process follows the tradition, with about 15 days of floating cap fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
⌛38 months in large French oak casks and at least 4 months in bottle
DEGUSTATIE:
👁 Brilliant red with a tendency towards garnet with ageing
👃 Intense, violet, cherries and liquorice aromas
