VINIFICATIE:
🍷 Pellicular cryomaceration. Fermentation at a temperature of 16-18°C with cultured yeasts.
⌛Wine completes its maturation in stainless steel tanks. Blending, light clarification and final filtration after refining.
DEGUSTATIE:
👁 Bright and fresh straw-yellow wine with greenish tints
👃 Typical, very concentrated and with a long finish, with elderberry and beewax notes
👅 Well-structured wine, with the ripe fruits, intertwining with mineral notes. Amazing freshness.

🍽 delicious as an aperitif. It perfectly matches appetizers, asparagus , raw and marinated fish.
