VINIFICATIE:
🍷 Destemming of the clusters, a maceration is carried out for 24 hours at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. Later, the free-run juice is separated and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 17ºC, remaining in contact with its fine lees until bottling.
DEGUSTATIE:
👁 Pale yellow, with very green reflections.
👃 The nose is fresh and very intense, with aromas reminiscent of lemon peel, peach and earth.
👅 The entry is marked by its good acidity and its passage is very fresh, very citric and light notes of bakery. Long and persistent finish.
